Terms & Conditions

• The event is subject to license
• Prolonged exposure to loud music may cause damage to your hearing
• This is a ticket only event – No walk ins permitted
• Please check your tickets for the event date and time
• Tickets are only refunded in the case of cancellation of the event
• If the event cannot go ahead due to government restrictions (such as lockdown) we will postpone the event and no refund will be issued
• Tickets will not be refunded in the case of any accident, natural disaster or terrorist activity
• You are not allowed to bring your own food and drinks to this event
• Bags and door search: We reserve the right to check all bags and conduct door searches for security purposes
• VAT is included in all prices
• This is an 18 and over event and proof of age may be requested – We implement the ‘Challenge 25’ policy
• Participation at Hertfordshire Oktoberfest is at your own risk
• If you arrive intoxicated to the event your ticket will become void and you will not be provided with entry or refund
• We operate a zero drug policy at our event – Any violation against this rule will result in no entry and the police will be reported
• Animals are not allowed inside the tent
• Drinks may not be removed from the tent
• Smoking either regular or e-cigarettes is not allowed inside the tent – We will be providing a dedicated smoking area outside
• You should only drink as much as you can handle!
