Is there an age limit / are children allowed?

This is an 18+ event, a Challenge 25 Policy will be operated for entry to the event and for bar service.

Can I dress up / do I have to dress up?

It is not policy, although we encourage everyone to wear fancy dress!

Lederhosen’s are the traditional dress code which is available for purchase in our Oktoberfest Shop.

However, any fancy dress will be welcomed.

What happens if the event is cancelled?

Your ticket will be refunded if the event is cancelled. However, if the event cannot go ahead due to measures outside of our control, then we will postpone the event and a refund will not be issued.

What drinks will you have?

Will have a full drinks selection of beers, wines, spirits and soft drinks. Our main beer will be a German Pilsner Lager, however we will also have other beers and ciders on tap.

Do you have wheelchair access?

We will have disabled toilets and all doors and walkways will be wheelchair regulation width.

However, please note the event is in a marquee on a field, this means the ground may be uneven and you may have to wheel across some grass to access the big top tent.

Please let us know if you wish to attend and you are in a wheelchair and we will do everything we can to assist and make your experience as enjoyable as possible.

Can I resell my ticket?

We are working with Tixel who provide a safe and easy place for you to sell your ticket to a buyer.

To sell your ticket please go to tixel.com/sell and follow the prompts.

​If you have already found a buyer for your ticket but want to complete the transaction safely, you can create a private sale by selecting the ‘make my listing private’ option at the final step.

Is there a last entry time?

There is no last entry time.

Does my ticket need to have my name on it?

No, your ticket does not need to have your name on it. The ticket purchasers name will be on the ticket. The important thing is that each ticket will have a unique QR code that will be scanned upon entry. Each QR code/ ticket can only be used once.

Can I bring my own drink?

Alcohol is not permitted on entry and searches will be made on entry to our event.

Glass vessels and bottles are not allowed to be brought on site.

Can I buy tickets on the door?

No. All tickets must be purchased online before the event.

Will there be food at the event?

Yes, we will have a selection of German style food trucks offering a variety of food; including vegan and vegetarian options.

Can I reserve a table?

Yes, a VIP ticket will provide an allocated table in the VIP area next to the stage for 10 guests.

What do you get with the VIP package?

The VIP package will include a reserved table for 10 people in the VIP area.

Each member of the party will get 1 drink of their choice and a meal voucher for our German food stall.

 

Can I bring my dog?

Unfortunately not. Dogs are not allowed.

 

Will you have Gluten free / Alcohol free beer?

Yes, we will have gluten free and alcohol free beer stocked at the bar.

 

Difference between Standing / General Admission?

General Admission tickets will have additional access to the tables and benches area where there will be unreserved seating.

Standing tickets will have access to just the standing area, bar, and outside area.

 

Will there be first aid at the event?

Yes, there will be two medical professionals on site at all times during the event.
